Niger: Four expatriated AREVA employees kidnapped by MNJ members

The AREVA group announces that four of its expatriated employees in Niger were kidnapped today, Sunday, 22 June, 2008, by the MNJ (Mouvement des Nigériens pour la Justice) while they were circulating in the Arlit region.

The employees are in good health. They were able to contact AREVA management and their families have been informed.

The AREVA group is mobilized and is collaborating with the Nigerian and French Authorities to liberate its employees.
