In order to confirm its close operational connections with the mother company COGEMA, and also the importance of transport activities to COGEMA and its customers, the name TRANSNUCLEAIRE* has been changed in favor of COGEMA LOGISTICS.
On 17th May 2002, the shareholders meeting confirmed Mr Jürgen Krellmann as Chairman and CEO of COGEMA LOGISTICS and Mr Jean Louis Charles as Senior vice President of COGEMA LOGISTICS.
COGEMA LOGISTICS confirms its objectives : development and application of its skills to assert its leadership on 3 major international markets ; Europe, North America and the Far East.
*Transnucléaire's will be maintained as a registered trademark
