The Docteur Souris association works to make the computer, the internet, digital entertainment and distance education available in all pediatric hospitals.
The objective is to improve the hospital experience and prevent the isolation of disabled or hospitalized children and teenagers through the use of new technologies.

The AREVA Corporate Foundation is supporting the deployment of a free, comprehensive computing solution in the pediatric wards of the Nîmes university hospital center.
Launched at the beginning of year 2016, it meets the needs of 1,800 young patients as well as hospital requirements by providing 44 laptop computers and access to a website administered by the association that serves as a portal for rich and entertaining educational content.
From her hospital bed, the hospitalized child can speak with her friends and family by video conferencing, access the website of her school, watch a movie, play a game…
