The missions of the Financial Department of AREVA S.A. are to produce sincere and genuine financial statements, reflecting the situation and performance of AREVA S.A. and to control the use of resources necessary for the completion of the objectives assigned to AREVA S.A.

To this end, AREVA S.A. benefits from two sources of financing: on the one hand, the capital increase for a total amount of € 2 billion (including issue premium) through the issue of ordinary shares, Reserved for the French State, on the other hand the proceeds from the sale of New NP to the EDF group, scheduled for the end of 2017.
